We dispatch from the Netherlands and ship to most countries internationally. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact customer service at info@patinalingerie.com and we will do our best to facilitate your needs. 

All EU orders over €150 are eligible for free delivery.

All orders are charged in € and automatically converted from local currency according to the exchange rate. Once an order has been placed it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it. 

DUTIES & TAXES FOR NON-EU DELIVERIES

For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is required in order to release goods from customs on arrival.

Unfortunately we are unable to advise the amount this may be. We recommend speaking to your relevant local authorities to procure an estimate if required.

PATINA is not responsible for any merchandise that is damaged or lost during transport. We pack all orders with care and attention and work with only trusted fulfilment and shipping providers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene reasons, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on briefs or thongs. We offering sizing information including measurements on each product page in order to match you with the correct size. Please do not hesitate to reach if you'd like any additional measurements.

For bras, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition including their tags and must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in any way. The customer bears responsibility for return shipping costs.
